Blog post 10

-For the Powerpoint interaction assignment I learned a few new skills that I found cool and very helpful. One of those is the ability to link slides together to where you can click on a picture or word and it will jump back to any slide of your choosing. This skill is amazing because it allows you to have a more interactive lesson within a PowerPoint presentation and create personalized educational games. I had no critiques on the assignment because I actually very much enjoyed doing it.

-For using data collection techniques, I will be teaching specifically middle school history, and for this grade level, not much history is already taught. So instead of using it to see what my students already know, I will use them for gauging the receptability of the lessons and see if they retain the info outside of testing. Also to use to get parent feedback on their child's educational experience.

-From reviewing my classmates' blogs I found some things very interesting. It was cool to see the differences in everyone's creative mindsets when they designed their blogs but also how that gauged everyone's different technological abilities. Also, it was cool to see other people's opinions on the same topics and assignments throughout the class.

-For tech-flex I honestly have not done many of them and have not found them very meaningful to me personally. If they are enjoyed by others that is great but for me it is different. It does help give people a tangible reward for learning and a sense of achievement though.

-For a skill I would like to learn next is probably video editing. To be able to achieve this I will probably watch some tutorial videos and experiment with different editing software to maybe navigate my own way around learning this skill. Also maybe try editing on tik tok on the basic in-app level.
