-From my experiences in EME 2040 I have learned some skills that I had never had to use before and now find it easier to navigate certain programs, even ones that I had used quite often. I also have discovered how to expand on those skills on my own personal basis to where I can do things on certain programs that are not directly the basic skill but I can figure out how to go about what I want to do more easily without frustration or asking for help. It has also exposed me to new programs that I had never used before and I can now have in my own tool belt (PLN) to muse in the future.

-Open Educational Resources (OER) are great resources for teachers because they allow sharing of materials to other teachers without any charge or hassle in the use or purchase of copyright restrictions. This is a great way for teachers to share lessons and other materials like worksheets and activities freely making the quality of lessons better and also more accessible. Because things like schools budgets and little pay can limit a teacher from doing the most for their students. This article goes into detail on the definitions of OERs as well as the pros and cons of them, how to use them, and the legal process in which they are obtained and distributed.

-For the information Dissemination assignment I learned how to use embedded hyperlinks better. As well as using voice recording and video recording and making a full presentation for the assignment. I did kind of show me the differences in types of files in which powerpoints can be made into and how each type is coded into the file differently so it helped me know which file base to format my presentation in. For my pros and cons, I did like the extensive lesson plan that I had to do which allowed me to do a very thorough lesson but to counteract that I did not like that my whole presentation had to be within 6 mins when I had a full 16 slides to cover. that part felt like it was limiting my teaching experience and not really giving me the full feelings of teaching a lesson.
